Thanks to the help of our amazing summer associate Cari Sekendur, a rising senior at Washington University in St. Louis, we’re excited to announce our first official event since 2005.  This casual dinner party will take place at our office in Astor Place.  We’ll be noshing on yummy organic eats, meeting other great women, and sharing our career challenges and triumphs with one another.  Details:

  • Tuesday, July 21st, from 7 – 9 pm
  • 419 Lafayette Street (between 4th St. and Astor Place; east side of the street)
  • $17.50 in advance [advance RSVPs now closed]; $25 at the door

Bring some business cards, bring your A-game handshake, but most importantly, bring YOU!

Curious about what to expect?  Here’s a visual of what we’ve been writing about as of late:

In terms of event flow:

  • You’ll arrive at our offices (parking garage just south of building)
  • If you see a mini waterfall and some goldfish, you’re in the right place!
  • Come up to the fourth floor lobby for your name tag and a suggested conversation starter
  • Join the casual festivities in the conference room!
  • Plus!
    • Don’t forget to smile for our photographer Judy, an undergraduate at CUNY Baruch
    • We’ll be showing a surprise movie in the background
    • First folks to arrive will be greeted with a li’l goody bag

We’re really looking forward to seeing familiar faces and getting to know new ones.
