Tal Ben-Shahar is a happiness guru. He studied undergrad and doctorate at Harvard (psychology and organizational behavior, respectively) and currently teaches Harvard’s largest course, “Positive Psychology.” So I suspect he knows a thing or two about happy.

- Happiness is mostly dependent on our state of mind, not on our status or the state of our bank account

- Remember the mind-body connection
